Arlene Swanson is the Director, Records Management at Nationwide Insurance. Arlene has been with Nationwide since 1997 and has held various positions within the Finance organization prior to joining Records Management. She has B.S. in Finance from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI and a B.S. in Accounting from Franklin University in Columbus, OH. She is also a Certified Public Accountant. Arlene resides in Upper Arlington with her husband and daughter.

Pari Swift is the University Records Manager for The Ohio State University. Prior to joining OSU, she served for nearly 8 years as Senior Records Manager at the Ohio Attorney General’s Office, building their records program from the ground up and partnering with IT and legal on multiple major initiatives. She began her records career at the Ohio Historical Society-State Archives where she spent 9 years as Local Government Records Archivist and then as Assistant State Archivist.
She received her BA from Wittenberg University and her Masters of Library and Information Sciences degree from the University of Pittsburgh. In 2014, she attained her Certified Records Manager designation.

Kamal Kapoor is an ARMA International member. He has been a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) for several years, and has been a member of the Central Ohio Chapter for three years. He has served as the Chair of the Government Relations Committee, and as the past President and Vice Chair of the Ohio Internal Audit Committee. He has an MBA in International Business from Capital University. In his current role, he is employed by the Industrial Commission of Ohio as a Program Administrator-3 and serve as the agency’s Records Management Officer. Prior to joining the State, served as a Manager at both US Bank and Huntington Bank.

Jeremy Graham has been an ARMA member since 2012 and is the Records Coordinator at Bricker & Eckler, LLP. His duties include applying proper retention procedures for physical and electronic documents, as well as maintaining database integrity for the Records Departments various databases. Along with being involved with the ARMA Greater Columbus Chapter’s Board, Jeremy is a Co-Founder of his local Community Blockwatch, on the “Parliament of Fools” for the Annual SoHud Fools Parade and a Scottish Rite Freemason. In his spare time he enjoys working alongside his Fiance in the garden and working as a consultant for an established bio-tech company located in Powell, Ohio.

Jeff Hitch is a recent ARMA member and works in RIM as a RIM Coordinator Liaison for the Great State of Ohio with the BWC creating, updating retention schedules and working with clients to resolve record issues. On a previous job Jeff worked as a Records Management Officer for 9 years and assisted in digitizing 13,000 sf of paper files to electronic records in 3 different databases.

Samantha Isom is the Conflicts and Information Governance Compliance Supervisor for Ice Miller LLP. She deals with conflicts of interest, managing electronic records, client file transfers and other information governance tasks. Sam has been a member of ARMA international since 2011 and has also been a member of the ARMA Detroit chapter and the ARMA Greater Indianapolis Chapter, where she was the Treasurer, Program Assistant, Membership Coordinator and Co-Website Manager. Prior to working at Ice Miller LLP, Sam worked for a public library and interned in the Records Management departments of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services and TRW Automotive (now ZF Group). She holds a B.S. in Literature from Eastern Michigan University, a Master of Library and Information Science from Wayne State University and a Graduate Certificate in Records and Information Management from Wayne State University.

Debbie Gantt has been an ARMA member since 2007 and is currently employed with Bricker & Eckler LLP. She is the firm’s Director of Records.
She manages the Firm’s records and risk management operations, and oversees the data integrity of the Firm’s client relationship management (CRM) system.
Prior to joining the legal industry, Debbie was involved in health information management (medical records) and continues to be an active member of AHIMA and OHIMA (Associations for Health Information Management).

Trent Slabaugh is a System Admin / Analyst for Honda North America assigned to the Law Division – Records & Information Governance.
He has extensive Web Admin experience with SharePoint 2013 Enterprise and SharePoint 2013 Foundation and is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD).
His responsibilities include SharePoint Site Collection Admin for all Law Division sites, including the HNA Records Information Center.
In addition he is the System Admin for the OnPointe Records Archive and File360.
Trent is currently working on Information Governance programs for the entire North America region for Honda.
